Returns & Replacements

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
